Inside the slave dungeons of Cape Coast, Ghana, the dungeons were so dark one could not see themselves without some light. The only source of light came from a small window perhaps 20-30 ft. above on one wall. I tried to capture this haunting image. If you look closely at the bottom of the image you will see images of enslaved Africans.
