smells i see
For nearly thirty years I wrote poems, prose and intimate thoughts, hoarding them for personal consumption. In 2002, while visiting Ghana, West Africa, it was revealed in a poem, The Key, time had come for me to share my collection with others. Smells I See is a revealing look at life through the eyes of F. Geoffrey Johnson. A very personal volume of poetry and prose. This is Johnson's first published edition. 142 pp. ISBN 0-9749034-0-X

Restoration
Restoration evolved from the desire to write a poem that would uplift women that have/had been in abusive relationships. After the poem Restoration was written, I noticed a pattern emerging. A number of poems spoke to social, environmental and health issues.
Reverend Dr. Gerald L. Durley, Senior Pastor, Providence Missionary Baptist Church, Atlanta, GA, says, "It is refreshing to read the sensitive insightful writing of Mr. Johnson. Restoration accomplishes its mission. These poems will rejuvenate, refocus, refresh, reflect, recast and redirect the thoughts of the reader".
This is Johnson's second volume of poetry and includes the poems, Hate the Game and Words for Sale.
