Barnesville is located fifty miles south of midtown Atlanta   It can be located on the map,
14 miles off Hwy 75, Exit 201 between the towns of Griffin and Macon

Below :  3 routes into Barnesville.

1. Scenic directions from Interstate Hwy 75 S or Hwy 19/41 S
Take Hwy 75 S to Exit 201, Hwy 36 West to Barnesville.  Go appx 11 miles and bear RIGHT with Hwy 36 (ignore Business district sign) Go appx 1 mile. Turn left at stop sign onto divided Bypass Hwy 341 S.

Follow 341 Bypass / 19 / 41 around Barnesville to 2nd stop light. ( blue and white Flash gas station)  Turn left onto Thomaston St Go through Victorian residential area   into downtown Barnesville.  Go through stop light in center of town. Go 1/2 block and turn left around median before RR tracks.  Lamar Arts is on left in old train depot. Parking is in front .

2. Direct route from  Interstate 75    Take Exit 201, Hwy 36 West.  At approximately 11 miles you will see business district sign. Bear slightly left with the sign into residential area. You will be on Mill St.  Cross RR tracks, Lamar Arts in the old train depot on right . Parking in front.

3. Alternate route south from Atlanta on old state Hwy 19/41/7. Go through Griffin . Continue south 15 miles.  Hwy will become 341 Bypass.  May go scenic route above or turn left at bottom of hill  at first Barnesville sign (service station/convenience ) This will be Atlanta St.  Go through residential area and bear immediate left after RR tracks.  Turn left at at stop light onto Main Street.  Go 1/2 block turn left around median before RR tracks.  Lamar Arts is on left. Parking is in front .
